Effective Date: June 20, 2026

Platform: poetry.mosor.pl

Because physical artifacts from art/acc are limited, hand-signed fine art specimens, their movement through physical space is strictly monitored. However, in compliance with European Union e-commerce regulations and consumer protection laws (Polish Consumer Rights Act), collectors retain the right to reverse an acquisition under the strict parameters detailed below.

The Right of De-acquisition (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)

For all standard physical items, you possess the legal right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing a justification.

  • The Temporal Window: You have exactly 14 days from the date you or a designated third party physically receive the shipment container to initiate this protocol.
  • The Intent: To trigger a withdrawal, you must submit an explicit, written declaration via our digital communication channel: beata@proecoleaders.com.

1.1 Extended Holiday De-acquisition Window

For physical acquisitions completed between December 1 and December 23, the standard withdrawal window is extended until January 31 of the following calendar year.

Exemptions from the Protocol (Custom Commissions)

Under Art. 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (and EU Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal is completely void for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Consequently, custom original drawings, bespoke commissions, and personalized visual poetry are exempt from returns. Once a custom studio slot is booked, executed, and delivered, the acquisition is absolute and irreversible.

Condition & Structural Integrity Constraints

Fine art prints and linen artifacts are fragile paper structures. To qualify for a full financial reversal, items must return to the studio in their original, undisturbed state.

  • Handling Trauma: Items must not exhibit signs of physical trauma, including fingerprint oils, bent corners, creased edges, frame marks, or exposure to moisture.
  • Original Containment: The artifact must be shipped back inside its original protective tissue paper and secure, reinforced heavy-duty cardboard tube or box.

Execution & Regional Return Costs

To initiate a return, email beata@proecoleaders.com with your original order reference ID. You will receive studio return coordinates in Poland upon authorization.

  • Poland (Domestic): The collector bears the direct cost of return shipping. You may request a pre-paid InPost return label, the cost of which (18 PLN) will be deducted from your final refund.
  • European Union: The collector pays direct tracked/insured courier transport. Tracked shipping is mandatory.
  • Non-EU / International (UK, US, Global): The collector pays direct tracked/insured international courier fees. Returns must be clearly labeled on the customs declaration form as „RETURNED GOODS — ART SPECIMEN”. Any customs duties or import VAT incurred by the studio due to improper labeling will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds & Financial Reversals

Once the returned container arrives safely at our Polish studio node and passes a physical audit for structural integrity, we will initiate a financial reversal.

  • Scope: We refund the full amount paid for the artifact, including the original standard outbound shipping fee.
  • Timeline: The refund will be executed within 14 days of physical receipt and inspection.
  • Vector: Reversals are credited directly back to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal). No processing fees will be deducted.
