Because physical artifacts from Letter to Morisot are limited, hand-signed fine art specimens, their movement through physical space is strictly monitored. However, in compliance with European Union e-commerce regulations and consumer protection laws (Polish Consumer Rights Act), collectors retain the right to reverse an acquisition under the strict parameters detailed below.

1. The Right of De-acquisition (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)

For all standard physical items (such as the Linen Folios), you possess the legal right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing a justification.

  • The Temporal Window: You have exactly 14 days from the solar date you—or a designated third party—physically receive the shipment container to initiate this protocol.
  • The Intent: To trigger a withdrawal, you must submit an explicit, written declaration via our digital communication channel: beata@proecoleaders.com.

2. Exemptions from the Protocol (Custom Commissions)

Please note that certain artistic vectors are entirely permanent and cannot be reversed.

Under Art. 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (and EU Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal is completely void for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Consequently, custom original drawings & poems are exempt from returns. Once a custom studio slot is booked, executed, and delivered, the acquisition is absolute and irreversible.

3. Condition & Structural Integrity Constraints

Fine art prints and linen artifacts are highly fragile biological and paper structures. To qualify for a full refund, the items must return to the studio in their original, undisturbed state.

  • Handling Trauma: Items must not exhibit signs of physical trauma, including fingerprint oils, bent corners, creased edges, frame marks, or exposure to moisture.
  • Original Containment: The artifact must be shipped back inside its original protective tissue paper and secure, reinforced heavy-duty cardboard tube or box.

4. Execution (How to Return an Item)

  1. Initiate Contact: Send an email to beata@proecoleaders.com with your original order reference ID. State your intent to initiate a return.
  2. Transport Costs: In accordance with standard legal protocols, the collector bears the direct cost of return shipping and transport insurance. We highly recommend using a tracked, insured courier service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or structurally destroyed by the postal grid during transit.
  3. Return Address: Once your request is processed, you will receive the exact physical studio coordinates in Poland to direct the shipment.

5. Refunds & Financial Reversals

Once the returned container arrives safely back at our node and passes a physical audit for structural integrity, we will initiate a financial reversal.

  • The Scope: We will refund the full amount paid for the artifact, including the original standard transport fee.
  • The Timeline: The refund will be executed within 14 days of the moment we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • The Vector: The reversal will be credited directly back to the original payment method utilized during the acquisition (Stripe or PayPal). No processing fees will be deducted.
